Overview
Notes and Todo items are different systems implemented into the Content Audit page of MyContentDash that allow you plan and track content improvement.
Notes
You can add notes to any post or page listed on your Content Audit page through the Note icon present in the Details column at the right.
Clicking this icon will open a text box where any number of notes can be added. Click the SAVE button when done.

The notes will be saved with that article forever. The icon will turn orange to indicate that the article has a note associated with it at a glance.

You can see and search all of the notes you’ve added through the PAGE NOTES menu at the top right. The number above the icon indicates the number of notes you’ve added.

Clicking the menu will open a list of all notes with a search bar for quickly finding the note you are looking for. Clicking on the right arrow icon next to the article URL will allow you to edit the note from right within this dialog.

To delete a note, click the trash icon on the right.
Todo Items
Todo items allow you to associate a list of tasks that need to done to a post. You can track the progress of the individual items, and mark them as complete when they are done.
To add a Todo item to an article, click the List icon (with the 1, 2, and 3) in the Details column of the content audit page.

Type in the item and click the icon on the right to save. The number of Todo items will be displayed on the Todo icon in the Details column.

You can see all Todo items associated with a particular article by clicking on the Todo icon again, and then clicking the See todo items for this page button.
The items will be displayed.

You can see all Todo items for all of the articles you’ve added thus far by clicking on the TODO menu at the top right.

From this form, you can:
- Search by post URL or Todo item
- Mark Todo items as complete
- Delete Todo items by clicking on their associated Trash icons.
- Add a new, general Todo item that is not associated with a post by typing in the Add new item box and clicking the icon on the right.

Completed Todo items will automatically be hidden. To see them again, click the Show Completed slide.
